Family Skiing Holidays

The village of Ebensee is surrounded by mountains and the region is great for family skiing with varied resorts dotted along the valley.
Our local resort, The Feuerkogel, is just a 5 minute drive away and offers some breathtaking scenery as the cable car whisks you up to the plateau.

The Feuerkogel ski resort has recently been improved with a 16 Million Euro investment program including a new 8 man gondola, a 6 man chairlift and 2 new drag lifts.

Other resorts include The Postalm, one of the best beginners ski areas in Europe and Dachstein West which with it's huge lift system offers over 140 km of skiing for all abilities and can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. For those wanting to experience great off piste skiing then the Kripenstein Freeride Arena has recently been voted best in Europe and can challenge the best there are.

Catered Package

During the ski season we have designed a catered package that will help you to enjoy your holiday to the full.
Your holiday will include 7 nights accommodation in our
beautiful Austrian Guesthouse. All rooms have modern
en-suite facilities, TV & great mountain views.
In addition we open our lounge for our guests to share with
us which includes a relaxed seating area television lounge with
English channels and a small bar area

To set you up for a day on the slopes we start with
a hearty breakfast including cereals, juice, tea/coffee and
freshly baked rolls etc.
On return from your day skiing we will have fresh cakes
with tea, coffee & hot chocolate waiting for you.

After you have had time to relax we will sit down to a freshly
prepared home made evening meal including fine wines and
soft drinks.

If you have younger children in your group we can cook their
food at an earlier time if preferred, and rest assured we can
provide well known kids meals like fish fingers, pizza or
chicken nuggets if that is what your children would like.
(we have kids too)

Winter Prices

Prices are per person per week and are based on 2 people sharing a double room, accommodation, breakfast, afternoon tea & cakes and evening meals with drinks are included

We keep our price the same through the winter and don't try to cash in on the school holidays. The only exception is Christmas & New Year when we add a 50 Euro surcharge per person for special meals

395 Euro per person per week

If you would like to book a shorter stay please contact us as we are glad to help whenever possible

Children under 14 receive a 50% discount if sharing room with parents.
14 - 17 years old 20% discount

To secure your booking a deposit of 25% is required with the final balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

Getting Around

To make the most of your holiday we would recommend that you hire a car during your stay so that you can try the varied resorts the area has to offer.

If however you prefer not to drive we can offer (subject to availability) my services to collect you from the airport, drive to and from the ski resorts each day, show you where the best ski runs are and then take you back to the airport at the end of your stay.
