Our comfortable and spacious holiday apartment is perfect for those who want a self catered holiday and sleeps 2 people. The apartment costs €50 per night.

The Rosenhof holiday apartment is available for a minimum stay of 5 nights and offers 45m2 of living space where you can relax at the end of an exciting day exploring the surrounding lakes, mountains and Austrian villages. It comprises of a bedroom with double bed, sitting room with separate kitchen and dining area and a bright bathroom. As with the rest of the guesthouse, smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Apartment Extras

We would like to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. As a result we offer the following extras when staying in our apartment. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like any of the apartment extras mentioned below. Advance payment is required.

Bread Delivery

Fresh bread (4 rolls) delivered to your door every morning for €2 per day.

Fridge Filler

Want to spend the start of your holiday in a supermarket? Thought not! Let us know if you'd like the fridge stocked with goodies or just the bare essentials and they'll be waiting for you on your arrival. Take a look below to see what each package includes.

Bare Essentials

Milk (1 Litre), Bread (6 x rolls), Butter or Margarine (250g), Ham (150g), Cheese (200g), Jam (1 jar), Tea, Coffee and Sugar. Prices confirmed on enquiry.

The Works

On top of the bare essentials package listed above, we will send you a shopping list for you to choose which items you would like. Prices confirmed on enquiry.

Breakfast Buffet

Our delicious continental breakfast buffet is available at an additional charge of €10 per person per day, when pre-ordered at the time of booking. This is served in our guest dining room each morning from 8am til 9am.

Check In/Out

  • Check in is between 15:00 and 20:00 (luggage storage available for early arrivals and later arrivals possible, both by prior arrangement)
  • Check out is between 8:00 and 10:00 (early check out by prior arrangement)

Cancellation Policy

We charge:

  • 27 - 15 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
  • 14 - 4 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price
  • 3 days before arrival (or less): 100% of the rental price

In addition, there is a €30 administration fee for any cancellations after a reservation has been made.
